I really like the stark contrast in this picture ^. She does not seem to fit in with the graffiti background at all and I find that quite interesting. 

Street art shoot inspiration

I like the gritty feel of this photo combined with elements that would normally be "girly" and pristine/smudged eyeliner and roughly applied red/bright lipstick is a makeup idea.

The idea here is to keep the variation in color and patterns minimal but to play with the texture of the clothing in contrast to the colorful two dimensional background. I personally love sequined material <3 For hair, I like the messy look to give it a little punch and playfulness to the whole picture.

As far as styling:

I really like the idea of using bold, solid colors that play up the color in the art and pop out against it; also  using main pieces of black and white to not be overwhelmed with color and to contrast interestingly with the art

I also like keeping the wardrobe relatively feminine with an edgy/urban twist

Makeup is kept fairly simple [since most of the attention should be drawn towards the art and apparel] with a bold lip in various colors

I'll keep searching for images that depict better what it is I'm looking for in styling
